We are still as passionate about IT as when we started in 1997, but now we have a bigger team and a solid base of long-standing clients.

A literal one-stop-shop for all IT needs

We like being accountable for all IT requirements. Our clients have no need to waste time explaining systems or mediating between various suppliers.

Personal service

Clients are allocated a dedicated person who has a holistic understanding of the situation and specific set of requirements. Support-staff are employed for both their technical skills and their personality, which leads to a pleasant working relationship between both parties.

Human beings doing technological work

IT companies, especially the larger ones, tend to attract very technical left-brain thinkers, who are then further moulded by time-sheets, vertical management structures, and a “get in, get the job done, and get out” approach. We employ the same rigor when it comes to delivering the goods, but prefer a more human approach. Our team is made up of passionate people who love what they do, and who appreciate the pivotal role they play in each client’s business. If after-hours or weekend work is necessary, then so be it. The reward is to have a solution that works, seamlessly.

As a smaller IT company, we have to be flexible. We try to do more than is expected, and work outside of normal working hours if the situation demands.

Solution-driven

A phrase often used, but seldom delivered. Our objective is to find the optimal solution for each client - it might not be the easiest one, but it should be the best solution to satisfy that client’s particular set of needs, and deliver the most value. This is followed with extensive education so that client understands the value of the purchase, and can maximise the investment.

Delivering value

Purchase decisions are often based on cost alone, often with unpleasant repercussions. Value is a more reliable determination of the benefit a supplier can deliver – and it is summed up in one phrase: quality of service. We believe in consistently high levels of service, and in additional support and value-adds, that come standard as part of the package.

Systems that work

Talk about stating the obvious, but with technology, the strangest things can happen. We aim for quick and efficient installations, getting the client up and running as fast as possible. This is achieved by sharing years of cumulative experience, and creating a knowledge base that can be tapped into by the whole team. So unexpected problems can quickly be resolved, using tested methodologies. It is also achieved by testing the system beforehand so as to minimise time spent on site. It gives our guys complete confidence in the product, and increases enjoyment of each installation – nothing better than delivering a tailor-made solution that works!
