Vacation Notices
Vacation How to Guide.
1. Open your Internet browser and browse to: http://webmail.macrolan.co.za
2. Type your e-mail address into the username field and type your e-mail password into the password field, after this has been done, click on Log In.
3. You will now be in your webmail interface as per the figure below:
4. Expand the Mail Icon on the left, as per the below figure.
5. Click on Vacation (Below Mail), this will change your page to the vacation page as below:
6. Here you can set the message you would like to display (in the message field) as well as the start and end date of you vacation field, once you have set your message and date you can then click on submit.
7. If you would like to have the message removed you need only come back to the above page and unset your vacation notice.
