MacroLan has been very focused on our level of support and service delivery leaving little time to complete timely training course.  Our training has always been done in-house by senior Engineers.

We recently decided to change this and sent 5 of our Technicians on the MCSE training course.

With these certifications complete, the next step was upgrading our Microsoft Partner status.

Looking ahead, our goal and only a few points away is Gold Partner status. 

With the Microsoft Certified Partner status, MacroLan will access to better Microsoft resources and therefore able to provide better service and support to our clients.
