Welcome to Macrolan’s remote assistance page. Here you can download our remote assistance product that is powered by Team Viewer.
How to use Macrolan Remote Assistance software:
- Click on the picture to start downloading Macrolan Remote Assistance
- If you are using IE. select “Run” and then follow the instructions on screen
- If you are using Firefox then select “Save As”
- After it has downloaded, go to where you have saved it and then double click on the application for it to install
- Follow the on screen prompts until the install process has completed
