IT Support Contracts
MacroLan offers flexible maintenance and support contracts for the upkeep, preservation and enhancement of client networks. Clients specify which equipment they would like included in the support contract. Remote maintenance and support for servers is also available.
A maintenance and support contract offers many benefits to clients:

- IT equipment and license auditing
- Free installation of any new equipment purchased from MacroLan.
Fees for maintenance and support contracts are calculated on the extent of IT equipment and services covered by the contract. Should a client request additional equipment or services to be included, contract fees will be adjusted accordingly.
