Here at MacroLan, our team is expanding and we now have a opening 1st level Service Desk Technician (Call Center Agent)

As a Service Desk Technician for MacroLan you will be responsible for:

  • General ISP service queries (ADSL, POP3 and Hosted Exchange)
  • Basic IP troubleshooting (tracert, cmd, ping and telnet)

You should also:

  • Be happy to do shift work
  • Have your own vehicle
